Fun Game, Havent got too far into ot but its pretty awesome so far/. I have pretty mixed feelings about this series. On the one hand, I greatly enjoyed Episode One and Two. The comic book style is quite endearing, and plot is pretty interesting. Humor is on point, as can be expected from Penny Arcade as a whole.However, the fact that the developer and overall style of Episode Three and Four changed makes me want to caution new players from diving into this world. I could not bring myself to finish Three, as the enjoyment died off entirely. The latter half of the series looks like it was made in RPG maker, which by itself isn't a drawback, but is pretty stock combat/features with no flair. The storytelling/humor seems to have left the series entirely but that point.One and Two are definitely still worth playing, even if you don't plan to play the rest, but it seems pretty hit or miss as to whether people enjoy the latter two. You've been warned.. This one is my least favorite Virtual Villagers game. The people don't do as they are told and it seems I can never get done what I am supposed to do.. I have windows 8 and i cant run the game properly. Every time i try to hit the down arrow key to select another class it wont let me and it will barely let me play at all. Can someone help?. Nothing groundbreaking but a good laugh. Can be very difficult near the end and the competitive local multiplayer makes for a entertaining party game. Only has a few different levels to chose from but they get away with it by changing stuff around, also thought the few Valve game references in there were cute.. nope, aiming is destroyed/console garbage, get the heck out of here.. I bought this game out of pure nostalgia. I remember how much I used to love it when I was younger. I've been wanting to play it for a while so I finally gave the ten dollars necessary to do so. I now somewhat regret my decision because the countless hours I used to have fun with this game no longer hold up. Sure it's nice to have a real-time game that you can check on periodically like you do with Facebook or a virtual pet. This game however lacks the certain fun qualities of a real-time game. Your villagers randomly die while you're not playing and it doesn't clue you in on why it happened so that you can prevent it in the future. Overall, I would say this game is worth three dollars max. I regret paying so much for it, but now I know what seemed fun when I was younger may not be the case in present day.. very good game but cant understand how to play multiplayer. Great game. I love it but it is rigged for the computer.
